Jon Jones Rashad Evans UFC

UFC light heavyweight king Jon Jones and Rashad Evans (Pictured) reunited at a press conference this past Thursday in Atlanta. While their conversation didn’t get too hot and heavy in front of the fans in attendance, things heated up later that evening in Hotlanta when the arch enemies appeared together on SportsNite.

Jones expressed his desire to accomplish so much more in his career, as if to insinuate his upcoming shootout with Evans was just another fight to him. “Suga” quickly soured on his comments and immediately questioned Jones’ authenticity.

“Your fabric is fake,” Evans boldly stated.

He then brought up the now-infamous practice session the former teammates had where Evans got the better of “Bones.” Evans claims he held him down and Jones was “crying” because he wouldn’t let him back up.

The friends-turned-foes meet April 21st inside Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The 205-pound title affair headlines UFC 145.
