For you fight fans that didn’t know, a pivotal middleweight bout between Jorge Rivera and Michael Bisping will serve as UFC 127’s co-main event. To help generate some hoopla for their shootout, Rivera “leaked” a highly comical video interview featuring the Brit … or should we say, a Brit.
The Bisping impersonator does an entertaining job of emulating “The Ultimate Fighter 3” winner. There’s an abundance of ‘You knows’ and first-person references, as well as a look at Bisping’s extensive workout routine with a Shake Wake.
Perhaps the best line in the skit came when the faux Bisping addressed Rivera’s pre-fight trash talk.
“Jorge River is talking a lot of smack about where I come from,” the fake Bisping said. “Where I come from, you don’t talk smack about where Michael Bisping comes from.”
UFC 127 takes place February 26th inside the Arena in Sydney, Australia.
