Many fight fans respect Frank Mir’s submissions skills, but most don’t care for his pompous attitude and would love to see him get brutally knocked out. Junior dos Santos has not done a lot talking heading into UFC 146, but he is expected to explode and use his hand speed to humble and knock Mir out.
Commenting on the ease with what he plans to retain his UFC heavyweight title, JDS recently stated, “Of course, he isn’t faster than me. I’m faster. For sure I hit harder. And if the fight goes to rounds three or four or five, for sure I take the advantage.”
In an interesting twist this beat down will happen just two days after Frank Mir’s 33rd birthday, which gives fight fans the perfect opportunity to hurl plenty of mean-spirited, yet fun expletives his way.
