First of all let me say I told you so. I posted Friday that Lesnar would beat Couture by ground and pound in the second round. So let me just take a moment to pat myself on the back. Done. Now lets talk about the fight. I have to admit I thought Lesnar was going to manhandle Couture, but the old man really showed me a lot he was able to put Lesnar up against the fence several times and get his wind back. He landed a couple good shots also. What was most impressive was his ability to stuff Lesnar's shots. I was a little dissappointed with how the fight ended. The punch that dropped Randy just didn't look like it was that hard. To me it looked like a glancing blow, but then again even a glancing blow from a fist that big in the temple must hurt. Lesnar pounced on Randy like a rabid elephant and pounded him out. The worst part about the fight is that I don't know that we will see Randy fight for the title again. I just can't see him having that many fights left in him at 45. Lesnar-Noguera should be a fascinating fight (yes I am predicting Mir gets destroyed)
