Looking Ahead: UFC 80

Looking past UFC 79 and into UFC 80 for a moment, you'll see yet another card headlined by an interim belt fight. Joe Stevenson vs BJ Penn for the interim lightweight belt due to Sean Sherk's suspension. BJ Penn is known to be the heavy favorite in this fight. what do you guys think? also featured on the card, a rematch of their previous fight won by Gabriel Gonzaga, Fabrico Werdum will get his chance to even the score. I haven't seen a whole lot of Fabrico, I know his BJJ skills are phenomenal and he helped Cro Cop prepare for some of his fights, but in his bout with Andrei Arlovski...he wasn't too spectacular. One hell of a sleeper on the card is the #10 ranked welterweight in the world, Marcus Davis. I've had the chance to witness his progression from boxer to pro MMA fighter. It took time and there were bouts that he's lost but he is on a huge win streak and earned his way back into fighting for the UFC and hasn't disappointed. He ha...
