Another lightweight bout has been set for UFC on FUEL TV 6 in Macau – well according to Mac Danzig it has.
Danzig tweeted on Monday that he will be squaring off against Takanori Gomi in China.
Danzig (21-9-1) last fought four months ago, where he won a decision over former TUF contestant Efrain Escudero. He has gone 3-2 in his last 5 fights.
Gomi (33-8) over his last 11 fights has road the roller coaster going 6-5. In his last fight he beat Elji Mitsuoka by TKO at UFC 144 in his home country of Japan. In his time inside the UFC he has gone 2-3.
UFC on FUEL TV 6 is expected to go down on November 10 at Cotai Arena in Macau. It is expected to be headlined by a middleweight showdown between former Strikeforce champion Cung Le and former UFC champion Rich Franklin.

According to lightweight Mac Danzig, he’s facing Takanori Gomi (Pictured) when the Octagon makes its debut in China.

Former TUF winner Mac Danzig announced on his Twitter account today that he’ll be facing Takanori Gomi at UFC on FUEL TV 6 in November. The event takes place November 10th at the Venetian Macau Resort Hotel’s Cotai Arena in Macau, China.
