Newly minted UFC champion Ronda Rousey can add another feather in her cap, as she was recently named as the 43rd most desirable women in the world by askmen.com. It’s not just a beauty contest either; it’s based on “Character, intelligence, talent, sense of humor, achievements, and professional success.” Over two million votes were cast this year by readers of the site askmen.com to discover 2013, yes, 2013s most desirable woman. Now, mind you, this isn’t simply about who’s the hottest in the land, this is about character, sense of humor, intelligence, achievement and professional success, all of the things that leap into the mind of men when selecting desirable women. Well, for the most part. Ronda came in at 43rd, which is nice, considering this is her debut on the list. To put it in perspective, here’s who came in 40th through 50th. 40. Alessandra Ambrosio – Victoria’s Secret Model 41. Lolo Jones – Olympic Hurdler 42. Allison Williams – Actress (HBO Series “Girls”) 43. Ronda Rousey – MMA Athlete 44. Candace Bailey – Actress (Attack of the Show) 45. Scarlett Johansson – Actress 46. Kerry Washington – Actress (Scandal) 47. Anne Hathaway – Actress 48. Natalie Portman – Actress 49. Azlealia Banks – Hip Hop Artist 50. Solange Knowles – Singer (Sister of Beyonce) The top five were, Emma Stone, Rihanna, Kate Upton, Mila Kunis and at #1 Jennifer Lawrence from "The Hunger Games".  All in all it is a positive reflection of the strides Rousey has made in her professional life this year. She’s broken down barriers, becoming the first female signed to the UFC, become Strikeforce Champion, UFC Champion, did the ESPN cover and is now one of Askmen.com top fifty most desirable women.
