I'll admit that when Ronda Rousey burst onto the MMA scene I was more than a bit skeptical. Women's MMA needed a face that could captivate the casual observer and with Gina Carano acting instead of fighting it seemed that people were a little too eager to anoite Rousey as the next big thing. But, going undefeated by landing sick armbar after sick armbar goes a long way to making me a believer. But Rousey won me over on more than just her fighting spirit, fact of the matter is the girl has the total package to be a star. She can fight, she's personable, and she's hella attractive. It's the same mixture that propelled Carano to unprecedented heights in terms of popularity. Not to be Captain Obvious, but I think Rousey is poised for some big things here in the future.
