Stephan Bonnar plans to return to UFC action by July and wants to face one of light heavyweight’s big names, while fellow 205-pounder Krzysztof Soszynski hopes for a spot on June’s UFC 131 after recovering from surgery.
Bonnar (13-7) topped Igor Pokrajac in December for his second-straight win following three-straight losses and hopes to draw the likes of Rich Franklin, Forrest Griffin, Ryan Bader, or Tito Ortiz, “The American Psycho” recently told MMAjunkie.
Meanwhile, Soszynski (25-11-1) is recovering from a pair of knee surgeries from January that followed a November win over Goran Reljic, but recently told Sherdog he hopes to be recovered for UFC 131 on June 11 in Vancouver as “The Polish Experiment” now calls Canada home.
