TUF 5 Finale Payouts, BJ Penn earns 100,000

I just wanted to show you guys how much the average UFC fighter makes. The new fighters, those found on the Ultimate fighter shows (usually, excluding 4). BJ Penn earned 100,000 for his win over Pulver who made 30,000. Two relatively unknown, to the main stream, fighters Doug Evans and Floyd Sword were paid 3,000 for their fights. Now take into consideration the costs of preparation, and how long you're going to be on medical suspension, it's tough being an Ultimate fighter. I have to say though, i think these salaries are increasing quite and bit and I'm happy to see that they're being paid more now a days. and i like that. Still not as much as i think they deserve but it's getting there.
