UFC 118: Randy Couture’s Affliction Walkout Shirt

Raise your hand if you didn’t see that one coming.

If you think about it, Randy is actually a genius. He took a fight that he knew he could win. However, unlike most fights he knew he could win this one wasn’t seen as a joke or a mismatch. Well, it was, but instead of being a joke, it was seen as a display of MMA’s superiority over boxing. Well, at least it’s superiority of boxing when the fight takes place in our cage, with takedowns and submissions.

Couture’s newest shirt has the Xtreme Couture logo on it rather than just the Affliction logo that was on his UFC 109 walkout. It comes in both red and black and blue and silver, and to be honest, is pretty bad ass. The one thing I don’t get is the people at Affliction and their obession with eagles and other birds of prey. It seems like every Couture shirt has an eagle on it.
