With the addition of the welterweight brawl between Matt Brown and Stephen Thompson, the 12-bout lineup for “UFC 145: Jones vs. Evans” is now complete. Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia hosts the April 21st show.
After losing three straight fights, Brown has rebounded to win two of his last three contests inside the Octagon. The veteran posted a TKO victory over Chris Cope last weekend at UFC 143.
Speaking of violent endings, Thompson put Dan Stittgen to sleep in the same event with vicious head kick. “Waterboy” bumped his record to a perfect 6-0 following his big league debut.
A light heavyweight title affair with champion Jon Jones (Pictured) and Rashad Evans headlines the pay-per-view broadcast.
