Last year, at UFC 146, we saw Junior dos Santos make the first successful defense of his UFC heavyweight strap inside of Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena. It would be his last. The man he took the title from, Cain Velasquez, would obliterate Antonio 'Bigfoot' Silva in the very first round during of that evenings co-main event. This one sided bloodbath would set up the a rematch between Dos Santos and Velasquez to close out the UFC's 2012 campaign. Velasquez would dominate Dos Santos for 25 full minutes, and for the second time - Dana White would wrap that coveted strap around his waist.  Fast forward. Memorial Day Weekend is now just a little over two months away and the Ultimate Fighting Championship has created another top heavy fight card. This time the tables are set a wee bit different. Cain Velasquez will look to make his first successful title defense during this, his second run as champ. He will face the same man he made blood soup of last year during this annual weekend of remembrance. In the co-main event, another big time underdog in Mark Hunt will being playing the role of the spoiler when he takes on former champion Junior dos Santos. Sure, we'd all be blind not to see the writing on the wall here. A Velasquez vs. Dos Santos rubber match to close out 2013 is what will likely be the end game. Although it may look like a foolproof plan on paper, this wouldn't be the first time (or the second for that matter) that a man they called "Bigfoot" shocked the world. And if you're sleeping on Mark Hunt, well, ask Stefan Struve how his jaw is feeling right about now.  Below you'll find the 'UFC 160: Velasquez vs. Bigfoot 2' fight card as it stands today. As always, this things are subject to change.  Heavyweight Championship Bout: Cain Velasquez (C) (11-1) vs. Antonio Silva (18-4) Heavyweight Bout: Junior dos Santos (15-2) vs. Mark Hunt (9-7) Light Heavyweight Bout: Glover Teixeira (20-2) vs. James Te-Huna (16-5) Lightweight Bout: Gray Maynard (11-1-1) vs. T.J. Grant (20-5) Lightweight Bout: Donald Cerrone (19-5) vs. K.J. Noons (11-6) Lightweight Bout: Khabib Nurmagamedov (19-0) vs. Abel Trujillo (10-4) Welterweight Bout: Mike Pyle (24-8-1) vs. Gunnar Nelson (11-0-1) Featherweight Bout: Jeremy Stephens (20-9) vs. Estevan Payan (14-3) Welterweight Bout: Stephen Thompson (6-1) vs. Amir Sadollah (6-4) Welterweight Bout: Robert Whittaker (10-2) vs. Colton Smith (3-1)
