UFC fighter Rashad Evans is a disciple of a prison fighting system called "52 Blocks"

More commonly referred to as "Jailhouse Rock", 52 Blocks originated in the slave plantations of America and evolved in its ghettos and prisons. Supposedly, Mike Tyson utilized elements of 52 Blocks in his fights against James "Bonecrusher" Smith and Trevor Berbick. 52 Blocks has also been referred to in Wu-Tang songs such as "Cold World" and "Who's the Champion".
