For fight fans that scoured the Internet for a live feed of the “UFC on FUEL TV: Sanchez vs. Ellenberger” post-fight press conference, there wasn’t one. While the footage we located wasn’t the entire Q&A session, the UFC did release highlights of the comments made by the show’s two featured fighters.
Jake Ellenberger (Pictured) discusses what it was like to fight in front of his fellow Nebraskans, his thriller against Diego Sanchez and what might be next.
Sanchez, on the other hand, reiterated that he did in fact lose the opening two rounds but won the last stanza. He also added that he wished their battle would have been scheduled to go five rounds instead of just three.
“The Dream” believed Mr. Momentum was on his side had there been a fourth frame.
The Omaha Civic Auditorium in Omaha, Nebraska hosted the festivities. The card marked FUEL TV’s first major mixed martial arts show.
