Saturday night, history was made at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
In the main event at UFC 157 Ronda Rousey became the first ever woman to defend her UFC women’s bantamweight championship, as she defeated Liz Carmouche in the first round by her signature armbar.
In the co-main event Lyoto Machida defeated Dan Henderson by split decision, which solidified him as the number one contender in the light heavyweight division.
And “The California Kid” Urijah Faber put on a fantastic performance, picking up a rear naked choke against Ivan Menjivar.
