It looks like Frank Mir's display of much improved stand up when he beat down Nogueira was no fluke. Frank has brought in Mark DelloGrote to add even more techniques to his arsenal. I was already looking forward to watching Mir vs Lesnar 2, but I am almost giddy at the thought of Frank trading shots with the beast.
