After watching the inaugural Busch race in Montreal today you would think that Marcos Ambrose was the biggest loser. Let me tell you right here and right now that Marcos Ambrose came out of today's race in Montreal as a winner and he didn't even win the race - he wasn't even given a chance after what Robby did to him ... hit the link for the rest of this rant, yep two in two days ...

Robby not only crossed the line he leaped over it...he might have had an issue with the way the restart was lined up..but his reaction cooked his goose no matter what way you looked at it..

I agree, but what Robby did to Ambrose was uncalled for. If he wanted to finish the race starting in second place as part of his protest and raced everyone around him clean and then let the cards lay where they lay with NASCAR he would have had my full support. But the first chance he got, he took out Ambrose with full intent. Two wrongs do not make a right. Sure Ambrose put him in the spot whre he was, but Robby's beef was with NASCAR not Ambrose.
  • Gordon is, was, and will always be a moron. Regardles of wether NASCAR was right, he should have done things the right way and dealt with it after the race. Gordon should have his copetition license revoked and shouldnt be driving anything more than a golf cart

  • Robby is getting everything out of this that he wanted other than a victory in NASCAR eyes and this is the fact that everyone is talking about him. He got screwed royaly by NASCAR and I apploud the fact that he knew it and was not going to stand for.
I agree that by taking out Ambrose, obviously intentionaly was not the right thing to do, but in the heat of the moment with NASCAR taking his victory away, I guess I understand.
Robby is undoubtably the best RoadCourse regular in NASCAR bar none and would have easily passed Ambrose, taken the lead and had another Busch victory. But instead, as usual he lost his cool because of NASCAR's doing, what they always do and punish the little guy and elevate the elite.
Imagine if Ambrose spun JR or the Jeff or Jimmie.
Or imagine if a NASCAR regular won who was from Australia, think this might up their rating over there?
Come on people next time you pissed because you have been wronged, sit back and take your punishment, rightttttt.

I agree that Robby is probably the best NASCAR regular on a road course, but I don't know if he would have passed Ambrose as easily as one might think. Ambrose is a 2 time series champ in the Australian V8 Series and they do a lot of road courses, you don't become a champ of the V8 series if you can't drive a road course.
