CONCORD, N.C. – The hottest team not in the Sprint Cup “Chase” is Aric Almirola and his Richard Petty Motorsports crew. The No. 43 Farmland Ford team heads to Texas Motor Speedway this week coming off two consecutive impressive runs – a fourth-place finish at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway and a dominating run that included 69 laps led at Kansas Speedway. The team has all the confidence to continue thinking big at Texas.
Team partner Farmland returns as primary sponsor of the No. 43 at the fast Fort Worth oval. Fans don’t have to be at the speedway, though, to see the Farmland Ford. The No. 43 show car is making the rounds this week around the Amarillo, Lubbock and Dallas metro areas at United Supermarkets and Market Street stores. Shoppers at any United Supermarket and Market Street stores will also have the chance to win a Farmland Track Pack, including two Richard Petty Driving Experience passes and a gift card to purchase tickets to a future race of the winner’s choice.
