The 2012 season wraps this weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway (HMS) with Brad Sweet behind the wheel of the No. 38 Great Clips machine. With 16 starts under his belt this year, the rookie has captured two top-10 finishes and only three finishes outside of the top-20. Teammate Kasey Kahne, who competed in 15 events throughout the year, amassed three top-five and nine top-10 finishes, in addition to capturing the pole in the inaugural NASCAR Nationwide Series event at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Previous experience at Homestead-Miami Speedway… Sweet has two previous starts at HMS, both in NASCAR Camping World Truck Series competition. Driving for Stringer Motorsports and carrying the Great Clips colors, Sweet finished 27th in 2009 and 25th in 2010.
