I had no idea who Cortney Sauter was before The Sporting News released its 50 Most Beautiful People of NASCAR list. Turns out she is very deserving of mention on the list, unlike The Sporting News's inexplicable choice of Clint Bowyer, whom I respect as a driver, but not as a visual advertisement for the human race. (Does he look like a driver? Hell, yeah. Is he beautiful? Hell, no.) Sauter is married to Camping World Truck Series driver Johnny Sauter. The former Cortney Owen was Miss Wisconsin in 2002 and competed in the 2002 Miss USA pageant. She also appeared on the TBS reality show "Outback Jack," which she lost. (I watched that show. It was for the best.) Cortney currently is a public relations manager for Co-Pilott Motorsports Marketing.
