Over the past year you’d be hard pressed to find a female athlete who has been making more headlines than Danica Patrick. Whether it was her personal life or professional, Danica has been making waves. Her career to a huge step forward this past week when she won the pole for the upcoming Daytona 500, the first woman to do so. Sure, she hasn’t won anything big yet, but when the flag waves in Daytona on February 24 you can bet everyone’s eyes will be on Danica’s GoDaddy.com car. With the big race only days away we figured this would be a good opportunity to take a look back at all things Danica from the past year.
