Texas may be known for cattle and oil, but for Carl Edwards Texas is all about victory lane. Edwards has more NASCAR Sprint Cup wins at Texas than any other driver and he hopes to add to his record Sunday in the AAA Texas 500.
Edwards has earned three Cup wins at the 1.5-mile oval dating back to November 6, 2005. Then he swept the 2008 season winning both the spring and fall events there. Edwards comes to the AAA Texas 500 looking for his first win in 2012 and this could be a perfect track for him to do just that.
