Ken Schrader Hires Chad Boat for Daytona ARCA Ride

Concord, N.C. (February 4, 2013) – Ken Schrader Racing announced today that driver Chad Boat will pilot the No 52 Chevrolet for the ARCA Racing Series season-opener at Daytona International Speedway.  Boat, who captured a prelim feature victory at the Chili Bowl Midget Nationals just last month, will drive the Curb Records Chevrolet in the 50th running of the Lucas Oil 200 in Daytona Beach, Fla. on Saturday, February 16. “It’s a great opportunity to drive for Ken Schrader Racing at Daytona,” Boat stated.   “The team always builds great cars for speedway racing and coming off a successful test at Talladega last week, I feel we’re ready to challenge for the win at Daytona.” The 20-year-old, Arizona-native began his 2013 racing season with a win in the Friday night portion of the prestigious Chili Bowl Midget Nationals, which is open wheel racing’s largest Midget race of the year with over 270 entries and drivers from all forms of racing; including NASCAR drivers Tony Stewart and Kas...
