For the second consecutive season, Mark Martin cruised to the pole position for the Subway Fresh Fit 500 at Phoenix. This time around he narrowly edged out Kasey Kahne with a lap of 138.074 mph.
This pole position is the 56th of Mark Martin’s — driver of the No. 55 Aaron’s Toyota — Sprint Cup Series career.
