If Denny Hamlin is to stay in contention for his first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series title the 32-year-old will need to continue his impressive runs at Martinsville Speedway.
Hamlin is currently 20 points behind Brad Keselwoski in the Sprint Cup Series Chase. With four races remaining the series heads to Martinsville where Hamlin has won 4 races and has a 6.4 average finish.
Only Jeff Gordon (7) and Jimmie Johnson (6) have more wins then Hamlin at Martinsville.
The weekend for Hamlin will also involve a truck series race on Friday night.
Kyle Busch Motorsports will have two entries in this weekends Camping World Truck Series race at Martinsville Speedway. Brian Scott will drive the the No. 18 Toyota Tundra while Hamlin will take the wheel of the No. 51 truck.
