Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) will race Martinsville Speedway, this weekend. David Reutimann will pilot the No. 10 @TMone Drive Sales…Fast Chevrolet in Sunday’s event. Dave Blaney will drive the No. 36 Chevrolet in the TUMS Fast Relief 500. TBR AT MARTINSVILLE – TBR will make its sixth start at the 1.5-mile track. Blaney posted the team’s best Charlotte Motor Speedway finish of 29th in the Coca-Cola 600 last season. In the May 2010 event, Johnny Sauter started from the 22nd spot, the team’s best start. BIRTHDAYS – Both Tommy Baldwin and Blaney celebrate birthdays this weekend. Blaney celebrated his 50th birthday Wednesday, October 24. Baldwin will celebrate his 46th birthday on Saturday, October 27. David Reutimann – No. 10 TBR/TMone.com Chevrolet: REUTIMANN AT MARTINSVILLE – Reutimann made 11 starts at Martinsville Speedway in his NSCS career. The Zephyrhills, Fla., native made one top-five and three top-10 starts. His best finish was 15th in the 2011 spring event. This spring, an engine failure relegated the No. 10 Chevrolet to a 35th-place finish. CHASSIS NO. 356 – Reutimann will pilot chassis No. 356, purchased from Richard Childress Racing in the off-season. Reutimann last drove this chassis at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Reutimann drove the chassis at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Auto Club Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway, Kansas Speedway, Dover International Speedway, Kentucky Speedway, New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Pocono Raceway, Michigan International Speedway and Richmond International Raceway this season. He had his best showing in the chassis at Michigan International Speedway where he drove from the 39th starting spot to a 21st-place finish. His best qualifying effort of 16th was at Kansas Speedway. IN THE POINTS – The No. 10 Chevrolet is currently in the 33rd position in NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) Owner Points and locked into the top-35 by 152 points. The team is 11 points ahead of the No. 32 and trails the No. 83 by 65 points. Reutimann is in the 34th position in NSCS Driver Points. He is 22 points behind teammate Blaney and 135 points ahead of David Stremme. DAVID REUTIMANN ON RACING THIS WEEKEND – “Martinsville has been a place where I have ran well but not finished well. Hopefully, we can get that turned around this weekend. Our team is stronger at short tracks, so I am looking forward to seeing what we can do this weekend.” Dave Blaney – No. 36 Chevrolet: BLANEY AT MARTINSVILLE – Blaney made 23 starts at the .526-mile short track since his debut in 2000. Blaney collected two top-10 starts, four top-20 finishes and led 34 laps. The Buckeye Bullet had his career-best start of sixth in the fall race in 2006 with Bill Davis Racing. He collected his career-best finish of 16th in the 2005 spring race driving for Richard Childress Racing. CHASSIS NO. 293 – Blaney will drive the No. 293 chassis, which he drove eight times this season and five times during the 2011 season. The Harford, Ohio native’s best start with the No. 293 chassis was 17th at Richmond last season and best finish was 23rd at Phoenix this season. TBR purchased the chassis from Richard Childress Racing, where Jeff Burton drove the chassis prior to its debut with TBR. C & C AUDIO, VIDEO AND APPLIANCE – C & C Audio, Video and Appliance, founded in 1975, will support the No. 36 Chevrolet this weekend. C & C Audio, Video and Appliance is one of the largest home-owned and –operated TV and appliance dealers in Louisiana. The company is run based on principles that were established in 1975: Quality Products, Reasonable Prices, and Service Before and After the Sale. IN THE POINTS – The No. 36 Chevrolet is currently in the 35th position in NSCS Owner Points. The team is 81 points ahead of the No. 21 and trails the No. 32 by 60 points. Blaney is in the 33rd position in NSCS Driver Points. He is 56 points behind A.J. Allmendinger and 22 points ahead of teammate Reutimann. DAVE BLANEY ON RACING THIS WEEKEND – “The races at Martinsville tend to be very physical races as it is a unique and small track. The fall race is usually a little rough. A solid finish this weekend would be a great birthday gift.”
