Joey Logano blocked Tony Stewart on the final restart of the Auto Club 400, a move Stewart did not care for all too much.
Logano raced Denny Hamlin for the win but as they battled for the lead Kyle Busch drove around both on the high side to claim the win. Logano finished sixth and Hamlin received an ambulance ride to the infield care center.
After the race was over Stewart went to the car of Logano and punches were thrown from a member of crew members.
Logano defended his actions saying “I had to throw the block there, that was the race for the lead.”
Stewart saw things differently and needless to say he let his opinions known in a post race interview.
“He ******* about others, but he drives like a little *****. I’m gonna bust his ass.”
