Waltrip to buy Red Bull assets, Frye to Hendrick
The days of Red Bull in NASCAR are over. The team struggled though the 2011 season with uncertainty surrounding it’s future. By the end of the year the shop was headed towards shut down.
Former General Manager and Vice President Jay Frye has accepted an undefined role at Hendrick Motorsports. He is expected to act as a consultant.

Brian Vickers Out For The Season
We have seen the last of Brian Vickers in 2010.
The Red Bull driver announced today that he will not be back in the #83 Toyota this season. This comes after doctors recommended to him that he stay out of the car as long as he is on blood thinners.
Vickers was hospitalized last Wednesday for blood clots.
Without a doubt, it stinks that Vickers has to be out for the rest of the season...
