Delonte West Returns

It's always a bit intriguing when a team or player cites "personal reasons" for being absent; especially when the player will not talk to the media following his return. After his not being present in the most recent preseason game, I had a few inquiries as to whether or not I thought Delonte was unhappy with his recently-signed contract. Another was wondering if...

Looking at the trades they got some great potential by getting devin a great point guard now and soon to be even better. harris does not have to deal with the constant nagging from his former coach avery johnson(now unemployed because of the second straight...

The Cavaliers took on the Celtics again Tuesday night in front of 8,221 fans in the Petersen Events Center at the University of Pittsburgh. It was the 2nd preseason match-up between the two Eastern Conference rivals, and once again the Celtics came out on top, this time by the final score of 90-86. Thanks to the wonders of NBA TV, I was finally able to catch my first glimpse of the...

Sonics Vs. Nets Game Thread

Pelton's Place 4 consecutive double-doubles for Kidd and Richard Jefferson dominating? Well, at least it's got to be more interesting to watch than that Cavs game. "Call me new jersey cuz I'm always in a new jersey Type to go trade a foreign when the rims get to dirty My drop is a damn d...

Jermaine O'neal to be traded to New Jersey....

From NY Newsday Rod Thorn views Jermaine O'Neal as Kevin Garnett Lite, so expect the Nets to keep exploring ways to get O'Neal in a deal with Indiana. They could use O'Neal, because they can't be comfortable with the way the team is presently constituted, with Vince Carter controlling the ball at the end of playoff games. Although he's grossly overpaid...

Although he is guaranteed $8 million dollars, his incentive structure has ability to earn him a lot more if he can keep his weight at an acceptable level. He will have regular weigh ins to ensure he is keeping a pre-determined weight. This clause could see him net...
