Found May 13, 2012 on FootBasket:
JaVale McGee just finished his first season with the Denver Nuggets, and the team is already saying they want to sign him long-term, as it's their No. 1 priority.

McGee had a strong playoff-performance against the Los Angeles Lakers big men  in Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol, which that makes it worthy of a new deal.

He also averaged nine points, 10 rebounds, and three blocks in the series. He will be a project big man with boat loads of potential.

Head coach George Karl compares the center to Connie Hawkins:

"I don't think I've ever coached a guy like this. He has the kind of moves of a 6-6 player. The guy kind of reminds me of a little bit is Connie Hawkins."

"Our intent was to get JaVale for the future, not just for three months," team executive Masai Ujiri said.
The Nuggets traded center Nene to the Washington Wizards to get the then-inconsistent McGee back before the trade deadline. He struggled throughout this season when he was a member of the putrid Wizards. Now, he seems to have found the perfect team in the Nuggets.
Denver seems to have found that young big man they've been desperately missing since Dikembe Mutombo. Denver seems to be transfixed on having McGee in the Nuggets organization for a long time.

If JaVale McGee Had A Reality T.V Show….

JaVale McGee is goofy.  JaVale McGee is weird. JaVale McGee is really, really, tall. JaVale McGee needs his own reality t.v. show.
