Coming off of a heartbreaking overtime loss to Atlanta, the Orlando Magic (17-11) bounced back to beat the Milwaukee Bucks (12-15) 99-94 at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee.
It was an awful offensive first quarter as the Magic shot 23% and the Bucks only 29%. Orlando jumped out to an early 7-0 lead in the first three minutes but would only score nine points for the remainder of the quarter. Milwaukee took the lead when they went on an 11-0 run as Drew Gooden and Luc Mbah a Moute dropped four points each. The Bucks would hold that lead until, with 5:46 remaining in the third quarter, a Ryan Anderson layup gave the Magic their first lead since they were up 7-0. Orlando would only get up by five though before Milwaukee would respond with an 8-0 run and would take a one point lead into the fourth.
