The Celtics, coming off their really tough loss to the Bulls, will play another central division team when they visit the Pistons Sunday night. Friday night's loss to Chicago was excruciating to fans. It was, in my opinion, the toughest loss to endure since game 7 of the 2010 finals. But, life(and the schedule) must go on. So here's tomorrow's five things: 5. GET SOMEBODY TO FILL IN FOR BRADLEY: Avery Bradley, due to his rib injury, is listed as doubtful for tomorrow's game. This comes as no surprise, but it must be reported. Last night, Barbosa started and failed. Leandro scored just 5 points on 2/6 shooting in 14 minutes. Get somebody else to start and put Barbosa back on the bench. I don't have much confidence in him. 4. GET PIERCE TO PLAY WELL: Paul Pierce played one of the worst games I have ever seen him play Friday night. He just looked lost. Yeah, he had 13 points, but his play had no quality. Late in regulation, Pierce made no attempt to get open and took very highly contested shots, most of which resulted in misses. Let's hope he plays for all four quarters tomorrow. 3. GET GARNETT TO PLAY WELL FOR THE FIRST THREE QUARTERS: Kevin Garnett had an overall pretty good game Friday night. But, he only had success in the fourth quarter and overtime. He had just 3 points the entire first 36 minutes, which looked really bad in the box-score. If the Celtics are going to win tomorrow, they will need better consistency from him. He is relied on too heavily to fail. 2. STAY OUT OF FOUL TROUBLE: Rajon Rondo was easily the Celtics best player Friday night. With a team-high 30 points, Rondo arguably kept his team in the game. He made a ton of big shots and was very consistent. His only flaw, foul trouble. Rondo was a little too aggressive on defense and ended up fouling out midway through OT. Don't tell him not to play hard, but tell him to be a little smarter. 1. MAKE YOUR FREE THROWS: The Celtics would've easily won Friday night if they would've made their free throws. Throughout the fourth quarter, the Celtics seemed to always miss 1 free throw out of every trip. This ended up having a huge effect as they ended up losing in overtime. Garnett and Rondo were the heart of this problem, but still had good games. My advice: practice your free throws in tomorrow's shoot-a-round. Tip-off for tomorrow night's game will be at 7:30 pm ET.
