i dunno about this one... zach is a head case... and has a huge salary... can he be the # 1 guy? If we take a guy with this salary...wont it piss igudola off even more??? Also, who is at # 6? if OJ Mayo is avail... which he probably wont be... then it may work out... this is a huge gamble

Finally... arent we making a run for Sheed? I would much rather take a gamble with a guy with 1 year left.... than a guy that will be making almost max...

I am worried about Randolph as much as the rest of the Philly fans but this would be a virtual steal. I am probably going to write something soon about the Sheed trade talks. I would go after him if they make other moves to win immediately. What benefit do we have of getting him for one season, especially if we have to give up a key part of our future.

Randolph is too slow to play the type of offense that won the Sixers' games last year. Anyone else watch him lumber down the floor on the Knicks fast breaks last year? I'm still pulling for Brand.

Everyone is pulling for Brand that is obviously plan A. Always gotta have back up plans.

Brand is plan A but we won!t know till after the draft, that is an issue. If W.Green and cap room get us 2 players, [Gordon or Westbrook] and Randolph that are more talented than anybody we have it has to be considered. One bad apple is doable with the good character guys we have plus Mo seemed to have no issues coaching Z-Bo.

Knick fan here. You would like Zach for the first couple games then absolutely hate him eventually because of his style. He makes me laugh the way he plays. Gets 20/12 every night though. Doesn't jump on his jump shot and still hits them well.

when i first heard this trade i thought it would be a good one ,4 for 4 good point. Not sure if he would work with all the running we do. Him and Cheeks got along in Portland(one of the few) interesting either way.

The deal cannot happen because the Sixers won't have the cap space required until July, which is after the draft.

Iono about Brand i mean he gets injured... a lot. i like Jamison a lot, and i would have liked Sheed had he not blown it just in general, dude needs to stop acting like a kid. but i say you move up in the draft and get Donte Greene or a big man like one of the Lopi. iono Greene and shan foster as a sleeper sounds great to me, that means u have Miller, Iguodala, Young, Green (or Hickson i guess) and Sammy a mediocre lineup i see where a star PF comes in iono make it happen stefanski one way or another otherwise well have to get a time machine and bring Dr J, Malone, and Mo Cheeks lol
