PLAYERS: Craig Smith,  Jared Dudley
Al Skinner has used the flex motion to great success leading the Eagles to five-straight NCAA tournament berths, not an easy feat given they competed in the Big East and more recently the ACC power conferences. Players like Craig Smith and Jared Dudley have been perfect for this system.
