Bounced Back
After losing three consecutive games on our West Coast trip, we bounced back and have won five in a row. You all know I didn't get what I wanted for my bday, but the five in a row made up for it. In the game against the Bobcats, I had a career high 16 assists. I was pretty excited about that. As a team, we're working hard-playing team ball.

According to the Globe, Sam Cassell has cleared waivers and has signed a contract with the Celtics. He will be in town tomorrow and bring the paperwork with him. He probably won't practice with the team tomorrow, but does plan to participate in the Wednesday shoot around. It isn't known whether he will play on Wednesday against the Pistons.

Pruitt back to the Flash
With the signing of Sam Cassell, the Celtics no longer need to keep Gabe Pruitt in Boston as an insurance policy and have re-assigned him to their D-League affiliate, the Utah Flash.
Pruitt has size for a point guard and in his few brief stints with the Celtics this season, he showed some good things. I like the move to send him back to the D-League where he will at least get some...
