    The Cavs had an advantage because they have home court and they have LeBron. Nothing unfair about that one.

    I don't think Lebron winning MVP gave the Cavs an unfair advantage--it might seem unfair because they have the best basketball team in the world right now... but Lebron winning the MVP doesn't have alot to do with it. They're playing excellent team basketball without him on the floor.
