Houston Rockets, 2009 NBA Champions?

With Artest moving to a team that was going nowhere to a team that's going somewhere, the West has become a whole lot more cutthroat. It may so happen that with the Hornets become the only team in the West with a true future. Who knows if the Rockets may end the Spurs' dynasty, and close the windows of opportunity on the Dallas Mavericks and LA Lakers? Ron Artest goes as far as saying 2008-09 would be a "failure" if the Houston Rockets don't win a championship. Can the Houston Rockets win it all in 2009? ( More after the jump )
