The Celtics did not offer Tony Allen a qualifying offer (http://www.boston.com/sports/basketball/celtics/articles/20 08/07/01/posey_is_celtics_top_target/?rss_id=Boston.com+--+B oston+Celtics+news), so he's an unrestricted free agent. That means we will not have the right to match any offer he gets. I'm sure the team wouldn't mind having him back at a reasonable price, but only after all the other free agency matters are settled, in particular James Posey.
