Tonight is the first time James Posey visits Chicago as a Celtic. Bulls fans hate James Posey. Since 2006, Posey has been involved in 4 different incidents in which he fouled a Bulls player hard or in which an injury occurred. We take a look at those incidents here.

Celtics Banner Jacket
Over the past few days I've received tons of e-mails asking if I had any photos or more info on the Celtics warm-ups that they were wearing against Philly the other night. Well they should be wearing them a few more times this year, and you can buy your own right here. It makes a great gift for Celts fans to wea or display.
The Celtics' Weak Bench Myth Debunked!
You heard from the national writers and from the local beat writers . . . the Celtics were going to suffer supposedly due to a weak bench . . . poppy-cock! http://mvn.com/nba-celtics/ made the prediction on October 14th that this simply was not the case. And now through approximately one-quarter of the season, the results are in. Celtics have a deep bench not a weak one!
Another Reason To Boycott ESPN
ESPN wants KG to blow out his knee!
My hatred for ESPN.com has come to a head with this: An ESPN.com Sportsnation poll to see "What You Would Most Like To See This Weekend". The list of options are all driven by a hatred of Boston, which I'm OK with. With great success comes jealousy. That's fine. They crossed a line, though. One which a "sports news...
Celts Roll Through Chicago 92-81
For the first half of last night's game, this game plan was pretty effective for the Bulls. Ben Gordon was having his way with the C's defense, and they went to the lockerroom down by 4, 47-43. But, like many times before, the C's made their half-time adjustments and shut down the Bulls offense in the second half - Gordon, for example, missed all 10 of his second half...
ESPN Apologises To KG
After Celtics PR man Jeff Twiss expressed Garnett's and the team's unhappiness to ESPN about their distasteful poll about boston sports that included the answer: KG blows out a knee.
ESPN released the following statement:
Matters of Size
The Bulls' big men have been much-maligned for a number of years now - be it Eddy Curry and Tyson Chandler or Ben Wallace and friends. With Wallace continuing to be inconsistent, it's been encouraging so far to see the energy and hustle that Joakim Noah has been able to provide in his limited minutes.
Celtics Dismantle Raptors 112-84
One can't read too much into tonight's domination of the Raptors by Boston. Neither Chris Bosh nor Bargnani suited up for Toronto, and without Bosh the Raptors interior was rendered helpless. The Celtics literally had their way down-low. Smaller, weaker, less-skilled defenders looked foolish trying to guard KG. Even Leon Powe found himself wide open during Garbage Time...
ESPN has poor taste in humor
A recent ESPN Page 2 article asked users to vote for the event they would rather see happen - the Steelers beating the Patriots, Johan Santana being traded to any team but the Red Sox, or Garnett blowing out his knee. Garnett's reaction? "
Wow, that's really distasteful, man. Man, I mean, that's my life, my career. You don't joke about something like that...
I Remember
I remember the 86 playoff series with a balanced Celtics team winning out over the heroics of a young Michael Jordan. It sure feels good to have that kind of excitement back in Boston.
ESPN - The Especially Sadistic Peoples Network - A Perkisabeast.com Investigation
It has taken us a long time to compose our thoughts on this issue:
From ESPN Page 2
What would you most like to see this weekend?
1. Steelers beat Patriots
2. Santana traded to any team besides the Red Sox
3. Kevin Garnett blows out his knee
4. All of the above
We waited for the dictated apology and the...
The Travails of Captain Kirk
Kirk Hinrich's arrival in Chicago after the 2003 NBA Draft signaled a changing of the guard for the Bulls. It meant the beginning of the end for Jerry Krause's ultra-talented, potential-laden, youth-driven rebuilding plan. At the time, that was welcomed by Chicago basketball fans. Four years later, it's the same Hinrich; and another Bulls rebuilding plan seems to be going awry.
Just how good are we?
We aren't getting enough respect for what we're doing. Do you realize that the Celtics will finish the first quarter of the season, at the very worst, 17-3. In fact the Celtics need only to play just three games above .500 the rest of the way out to end up with a 60-win season. Sixty wins!
And all ESPN can do is drool over Dwight Howard's pectoral muscles. C'mon people.
Pistons Play Like BULL(s), Lost to Chicago 98-91
Don't worry Chicago, if you're playing bad, come to Detroit, you always seem to save your best games for the Pistons.
No Antoine, It's Love, Not Pity
Remember the campaign to get Antoine Walker elected to this year's All-Star game? Apparently, the word has finally reached the Future All-Star himself.
AOL Fanhouse reported that Marc Stein of ESPN (yes, I know, BOOOOOOO!) asked Antoine about the campaign. Walker had this to say:
Celtics Stay Perfect at Home with 112-84 Win over Raptors
The Celtics coasted to a win over the Bosh-less Raptors. The bench again came up big as the starters were able to get plenty of rest. Including some great pictures from the game and a game recap.
