Found March 13, 2009 on Slam Dunk Central:

The USA is facing a myriad of problems as we near the end of the first quarter of 2009. Our economy is in a shambles; people are facing unemployment as well as possible eviction from their homes. Wall Street is looking for a way to bounce back from some of the most desolate numbers in decades. We are in the midst of wars; we are looking for answers in health care, energy, and education.

Our leaders have plenty on their plates at the present time. Normally I am adamantly against Congressional involvement in Professional Sports; however if for some insane reason Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star forward LeBron James is not awarded this season's NBA MVP I am calling for a Congressional Investigation!

Strong points indeed i feel the same way about the king james, and i also here what you are saying philly_fan68 about Kobe. they are both to great player and indeed they are balling but they both missing a peace of the pie. Both teams need at lease one more to help them out in the play off and we know we need someone in the paint, a strong center who can take hit and get the points. Real talk on the Lakers Pau is not strong at all don't get me wrong he is dropping some point but not strong for play off, and for my Cavs we just need a strong person period big Ben is out and we needed him bad Ilgauskas is dropping point and rebounds but we should have pick up someone else not just SMITH. oh by the way my vote is in for LBJ :-) :-)

i agree 100% Gasol is a really good player but gets manhandled in the paint, Ilgalskas is also a very good player with a good jumper, but again; no strength!!

I saw Varejao start to grab the board, then LBJ must have yelled at him to drop it, cause Varejao pulled his hands away like he touched a hot stove.
