Watching it closely on ESPN now. This has been the craziest year for big trades so far.

KTCK-1310 The Ticket in Dallas is reporting it's a done deal. Harris, Stackhouse, other players and cash for Kidd. Guess they are trying the short-term route. Not sure it's a good long-term deal. I didn't like it in the first place.

Looks like Dallas will get Stackhouse back. I don't want to see him go. He is one of the unsung leaders of that team. Nets buying out his contract and then are going to waive him and he can resign with Dallas in 30 days. Wow!!! Mark Cuban should have never let Steve Nash go. He won't admit it, but he's been hating that deal since it went down. Nellie wanted to keep him here. I think that was the main thing that started the feud between Nellie and Cuban.
  • Bad deal. Kidd Is the Nets franchise.. And the player's that they are getting for him are not worth Kidds' value. They been lacking a big man since Kidd's arrival to the team. The closest they got was Kenyon Martin, but where is he now? All they need is a dominant big man to complete the story. KEEP KIDD!!

Local radio stations going nuts over the deal. Seems Dallas got the raw end of the deal.

Time will tell. Dallas traded away a young, future All-Star guard for Kidd. Kidd is much tougher and a much better passer, but how many more years does he have left?
  • Kidd will be 35 next month they better win something fast. Is he the answer??
