While we recognize that basketball season doesn't start in Cleveland until the day after the Super Bowl, there are a few things about the NBA that are worth remembering with the Cavs pulling into Madison Square Garden tonight. Of course, a picture is worth a thousand words, so here's one from Coachie that elegantly captures Gloria James' reaction to the Knicks fan who, "amid the likes of Ronald Perelman, Harvey Weinstein, Ron Howard, Vivi Nevo and Fran Lebowitz (pictured below, with 'Bron) . . . waved an arm around the softly lit dining room . . . and remarked, 'You don't have anything like this in Cleveland.' (Nothing like this in Cleveland, 'Bron.)Remember, LeBron just smiled, but his mother later set the New York Post straight. Those who remain concerned about LeBron skipping town should have another look at our best explanation of why he won't.
