Mavericks forward Josh Howard is expected to make his season debut tonight when Dallas hosts Toronto at 7:30 on Ch. 21. Howard has missed the team's first five games recovering from off-season left ankle surgery. He went through full practices for the first time this week. Also, Mavericks guard Quinton Ross said Saturday morning that he will play tonight against Toronto after missing Wednesday's loss at New Orleans with a bruised lower back that he suffered in the first half Tuesday in a home win over Utah.
