I'm sure most of you have heard of Baron Davis' decision to sign with the Los Angeles Clippers instead of re-signing with the Golden State Warriors, although he would be taking less money.
I say it's more about the opportunity to be in the spotlight as the leader/point guard, in your hometown Los Angeles, where Hollywood is ( Baron Davis' involvement in showbiz is no secret). Even if the Clippers re-sign Elton Brand, even if Baron Davis carries the whole team on his creaky back and knees, they sure ain't contending in the Wild Wild West!
