  The Lakers play the Hornets tonight (in progress), Houston on Sunday, Dallas on Tuesday and Utah on Thursday. ALL on the ROAD. How would they fare without Gasol, I wonder?

  theyll lose those games without gasol. it evens everything out now and once bynum comes back, it will be like before the trade. i hope memphis comes up empty in free agency so that they screwed themselves in the gasol trade

  X-rays came up negative, but if Gasol sits, the Lakers will lose games unless they pull a Houston.

  I think Kobe can single-handily will the Lakers to victory on Sunday against Houston. I mean come on, these are games Kobe lives for.
  
  As for Utah and Dallas, I'm not so sure. Both teams--especially Dallas--want a shot at the banged up Lakers.

  i think kobe will single-handedly want to end that win streak. but i think the houston team still may have the advantage if gasol does not play

  If it were his right ankle I would be concerned. But everyone knows Gasol has one of the toughest left ankles in the game.
