Fantasy Basketball Pros:
C.J. MILES
This is the guy who's been starting for the injured Andrei Kirilenko. He's a Guard-Forward that can hit the long ball. Last night he had a spectacular game, scoring 29 points, with 4 boards and 5 dimes. He had 17 looks at the basket and hit 12 of those shots. He's started in each of the last 3 games for Utah, so look at him for a potential pickup this week while the Jazz are banged up. Oh and am I the only one that thinks he looks like a young Ray Allen in this pic?

Ray Didn't Even Visit Us
Apparently Ray Lewis was in Los Angeles recently, and he didn't even look Lauryn and I up. Turns out, he was only a few minutes away as he tried to get into a club with Ray Allen. Unfortunately for #52, the Celtic sharp-shooter isn't that popular in SoCal these days after Boston took out the Lakers in the NBA Finals. The result? They both got denied from a club called "...
Celtics Head To Break With Another Win
The Boston Celtics put the wraps on the first half of the season with their 41st win as they beat the lowly New York Knicks 111-103 at the sold out TD BankNorth Garden on Wednesday night.
The Celtics were led by Ray Allen, who earlier in the day was named to Eastern Conference All-Star team replacing...
NBA dancers
Thanks to a red hot Ray Allen (24 of his 27 pts) and Leon Powe (13 of his 23 pts), the Celtics held a 5 point halftime lead over the Heat. But the Celtics came out of the lockeroom with the intensity of a girl scout troop.
Miami started hitting all their jumpers and surged ahead [...]
66
Ray Allen doesn't quite know what to make of his team's 66-wins this season. "ItÂ's hard to say," Allen said after the game. "I think it will be something to talk about in the future when youÂ're sitting around with...
Celtics Triumphant in Ray's Return to Seattle
The Celtics won 104-96 in an emotional return to Seattle for Ray Allen as the Sonics were led by two former Celtics Delonte West and Wally Szczerbiak. The Celtics are 2 and 0 on this road trip with their biggest challenges yet to come.
Off-Season Review Part 2/30: The Boston Celtics
Paul Pierce and Ray Allen are both good citizens and good people who have developed their service and humility; in other words, they're old and don't belong to the new generation of luxury and thuganomix. They will indeed find a way to coexist without hogging the ball from each other
Celtics Get Jazzed
Deron Williams and the Utah Jazz were too much to handle tonight for the Boston Celtics as they lost 110-92 in front of a packed house at the TD BankNorth Garden on Friday night. The loss for the Green ended their 10-game winning streak.
The Celtics lost Ray Allen at the end of the first quarter wit...
Playoffs?! Playoffs?!
You talkin about playoffs?! Playoffs?! I just wanna win a game! That was seriously god-awful. Now maybe Pat Riley and the Heat can stop pretending like this team can even sniff the final playoff spot. Even without Kevin Garnett or Ray Allen, the Celtics absolutely dominated this game from the outset. ...
Get to Know Big Baby Davis
Ronald Glen Davis was born in Baton Rouge on Jan. 1, 1986 to Donald Robertson and Tonya Davis. He got the nickname big baby when he was playing in peewee leagues. Because he was bigger than the other kids his age, he was playing with older kids and would whine at times and they would call him a big baby and the name stuck.
Big Baby has a way of seeing the bright side of everything...

Day 154 of 170: Patience is Rewarded: Elton Brand is Back
Line of the Night: It's been a long 5 months for those of you holding onto Elton Brand, but your patience has finally been rewarded as Brand returned against the Mavericks in style last night. Brand (5.3) was only out on the court for 29 minutes last night, but that short time he went off for 28 points, 13 rebounds, and 3 blocks. He also shot a respectable 11-17 from the floor...
Random Thoughts 4/30
I'm as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs today. All season long, I was certain that the Celtics would come out and play tough team defense and that would at least lead to a chance to beat any team in the league. After watching the Celtics defense disintegrate and be nowhere to be found in the last two games, I just don't know which team will show...
Celtics Pierce T-Wolves Hopes; Win 109-101
Sunday found the Boston Celtics without their "Big Ticket" as Kevin Garnett was at home fighting a fever. However Paul Pierce scored a game high 36 points, Ray Allen had 22 more, and the "Big Baby" Glen Davis made the most of his opportunity as a starter, putting 12 points, and 6 rebounds, as the Celtics defeated the visiting Minnesota Timberwolves 109-101.
Comments from the Other Side - Heat
It will be a little tough with Paul pierce but we can win. No matter who's starting we got to win this they have a depleated roster Depleted roster and its still better than ours at at least 3 positions We should win this game...they without Rondo and KG...we just need to use our bench good and give JO attak KP... We must keep a tight guard on Allen and especially House. I love...
Portland Pours On The Points Pummel Utah 122-108
The Portland Trail Blazers shot a red-hot 55.8% (43-77) from the floor for the game including shooting 50% (10-20) from outside the arc as the they hammered the Utah Jazz 122-108 at the Rose Garden Saturday. Utah had a good shooting night as well hitting 54.4% (37-68) of their shots, but their lack of depth with Carlos Boozer and Andrei Kirilenko both sidelined due to injuries,...
