As many of you all know, I pulled my hamstring in the Utah game while we were on the West Coast. It's doing ok now, but some days it still hurts a little. I've been getting treatment on it every day..sometimes twice a day. It's getting better, so I've been able to play.
We just came off of a W against Detroit...I'm soo glad about that. It was a good game...

The Boston Celtics (29-3) and the Detroit Pistons (26-8) have the best and second best record in the NBA. Yup, that is right - the two top teams in the NBA play in the Eastern Conference, not the Western Conference. These top 2 teams played last night in what will probably be a preview of the Eastern Conference Finals game.

This was a very important game for the Celtics and it lived up to all the hype with 12 lead changes and 16 ties. There were 6 technicals called and blood drawn as Rondo received a cut over his eye early in the first quarter. This was a big game historically speaking as well. First things first, we're 29-3 and you're not. Lest you forget my friends. Secondly, that record puts us on pace for more than 70-wins, which is nice. However, there are a few things developing, mostly as a result of that gaudy record, that I find particularly annoying. The first is the perception amongst some fans (Detroit and otherwise) that somehow Boston Celtics fans...

Ray Allen sat out practice with a pinched nerve in his neck and is doubtful for the game against the Bobcats. Tony Allen should get the start if he can't play.
Big Baby also sat out practice with a sore knee that he injured in the Pistons game. He is probable for the Charlotte game.
