Hmm with all the recent star additions to the West one must wonder if his or her team can really match up with the best of the WEST here's a look at who I believe will pan out of both confrences
EAST
1. Boston Celtics -(yeah they'll have the most wins but come playoff time I'd be a little worried for the Doc's Celts
2. Detroit Pistons- Like every year the whole NBA forgets the Pistons myself included....but the Pistons are the best team in the East they just are need i say more?
3. Orlando Magic- Forget the team did you see Dwight Howards Superman dunk during All Star weekend? no but they have a strong up and comming team and can really get out of a round or two
4. Toronto Raptors- What a team Chris Bosh, Carlos Delfino, Andrea Bargnani, T.J. Ford they're really good but wont get out of the first round
5. Cleveland Cavs- Mr. Lebron James now got some new teammates in Ben Wallace and Wally Szczerbiak but i think what they really needed was a true PG we'll see what happens to them during the season but come playoff time Lebron will be be Lights OUT!!!
6. Washington Wizards- UMM one and done
7.Philadelphia 76ers- I thought they'd be a lottery team but the young guys can really play but there are only 4 good teanms in the East the Sixers maybe in the future
8. New Jersey Nets- WHY?
The East is so bad teams like the Sixers and Nets are in.......
Time for the WEST It's a shame that so many good teams wont even make it
1.Pheonix Suns- I know it looks dumb but I get a wierd feeling Shaq is going to pan out come playoffs
2.New Orleans- CP3 is too nice someone give this man MVP though Baron Davis is a close second
3.L.A Lakers- KOBE KOBE KOBE.....this team is so loaded and the bench is so deep I can say that anything can happen
4. San Antonio Spurs- Please never count out Tim Duncan and his Spurs it's like the regualr season doesnt mean anything to them and they come to play in the playoffs.....
5. Dallas Mavericks- Yeah even though I think they'll be the 5th seed I think if Jason Kidd fits in right with these guys you better watch out
6. Utah Jazz- Deron Williams and Boozer make a great combo I just think they're not going to come out of the West no matter what they're record is
7. Golden State Warriors- These guys are so much fun to watch and Baron Davis is plaing the best basketball of his career.
8. Denver Nuggets- A.I., Melo you guys made the playoffs I just dont think in a west this strong you guys can come out.
As for the surging Rockets I think someone will get injured like usual and you guys fall out.........
From the East the Pistons will come out vs. the Suns
