Options are dwindling for both teams and free agents as teams continue to make moves. Here is what is going on around the league today: Josh Childress has indeed left the Hawks to play in Greece. The Journal Constitution is reporting that Childress has agreed to a a three-year, fully guaranteed contract worth far more than the $20 million originally proposed. Ricky is another player considering going to Europe. I am sure if he got a good enough offer in the NBA he would stay, but he has offers overseas and is considering them. I loved Ricky when he was with the Celtics before and would love to get him back, but I don't see Danny making him an offer.

No NBA team should sign Ricky, it would be a wicked bad move in my opinion. He should go to Europe where he can be #1 and that's what he wants.
  • wouldve liked to see the celts go at posey a little harder..but now hearing rumors from tony allens agent that the c's are interested in devon george, is something i dont like because i dont think hes the type of person the other celtics players are..i mean sure hes one a couple titles i think withthe lakers but i dont kno theres just something about him i dont like
  • Sign Brandon Wallace. Very athletic and can guard the SF's. That is where we have a hole. He can rebound and hit the three as well. Powe and Davis can handle the stronger SF's that could push his thin frame around
  • do you guys think that an all-star would make a jump to europe anytime soon? i have read about jason kidd considering it.

For most All Stars, they have made the money and it is all about getting the ring. If they just want to play a few more years and make some money, it might make sense to go overseas because the game isn't as physical over there. But most vets when they get to that point in their career just want to get a ring. I see him trying to catch on with a contender just to finish his career with a ring rather than going to Europe. (See PJ Brown and Sam Cassell)

hard to trade billups due to his salary and his advanced age made even worse by being a pg not saying he cant still play but at this point melo and tmac are much better players and prince hasnt proved himself i dont really know if he is as good as he looks or just a product of playing on a good team.
